Our Suggested Guidelines

( Creating conditions to maximize the impact of this tool )

Presence

The goal is not to rush through and answer each and every question but to allow slowness and

spaciousness to explore deeply.

How we show up matters. As with any tool we use to better understand

our clients, remember that we can only gather rich information by tending to our own authentic, embodied presence and deep listening.

To this end, we invite you to center self before administering and to tune into and tend to self to be available throughout administration.

Awareness

This is an awareness building and opportunity creating tool. Address self judgment as a

byproduct/reaction the client may have during this conversation.

This tool encourages embracing potential discomfort as a practitioner.

Allow yourself to stay mindful that this is a parallel process for both clients and practitioners. Because this is true, there may be parts that are mutually tender, and that is okay.

Intention

This is a tool designed to create opportunities for reimagination

The goal is to capture the organic healing material that surfaces when we begin to introduce joy to these spaces.

Practitioners are encouraged to use this tool during initial assessment and rapport building; following change of client’s circumstances; to address treatment stagnation, transition, or at the discretion or request of the client.
